Notes from desks that sat the work
These are not campaign quotes. They name modules from this studio. One of them still wishes the SQL primer had arrived earlier — that is also true.
After the mixed-signals module in Interaction Trace we stopped treating 90% scroll as “article complete.” Stand-up now argues about return visits inside 48 hours. Waranya K., analytics lead · Chiang Mai newsroom app
Event Sketch’s taxonomy clinic was slower than I wanted and more useful than our last internal workshop. We deleted eleven ghost events. Ploy · Bangkok

Sampling week on Interaction Bench saved a painful warehouse bill on our feed. The first SQL homework assumed more join comfort than our editors had.
Heatmap Interpretation kept us from redesigning a paywall based on a red blob that was just the share sheet. Client in lifestyle publishing
Funnel Diagnostics made our “drop-off after trailer” look like a player bug, not a weak episode. Engineering thanked us; editorial was less pleased. Somchai V. · video product manager, Bangkok
Studio Residency was expensive for a three-person desk. The private critique on our Thai–English glossary was the part we could not have done alone. Anonymous client in higher-education apps
Case note · bilingual news reader
A Chiang Mai newsroom app arrived with 64 “content” events and no agreement on what a read was. During Interaction Trace they rebuilt the dictionary around issue, section, and language toggle.
The useful finding was unglamorous: dwell on Thai longform and English briefings could not share a single completion rule. They now publish two Monday claims, each with its own caveat. Unique opens still appear in a footnote, not the headline.
Case note · short audio shelf
A subscription audio team used Session Replay Literacy after Interaction Trace. Replays showed listeners abandoning at a chapter marker that looked like buffering. The “funnel” had blamed episode length for six months.
They left with a review ritual: two replays per week, privacy filters on, and a written note before anyone watches with the CEO. The mild reservation from their lead: office hours filled quickly, and remote teammates sometimes waited a week for a slot.
