Refunds
This page describes how Model Cloudhub handles refunds for studio programmes. Fees on the site are informational; the invoice you accept is the commercial record. This website does not take payment.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel in writing before the programme start date stated on your invoice, or if Model Cloudhub cancels the cohort. After start date, refunds are partial or declined as set out below. Corporate invoices require the paying entity to make the request.
Timeframe to ask
Send the request to info@model-cloudhub.digital no later than 14 days after the original payment cleared, and in any case before the third live session of a multi-week track. Event Sketch (self-paced) requests must arrive within 7 days of access being issued and before the second live clinic.
Full refund
A full refund of tuition paid is issued when: (1) you cancel at least 10 full days before the start date; or (2) we cancel or postpone by more than 21 days and you decline the new dates; or (3) we cannot deliver a confirmed Studio Residency private slot within 30 days of the agreed window for reasons on our side.
Partial refund
If you cancel between 9 days and 48 hours before start, we retain 25% of tuition as a seat-holding charge and return the rest. If you withdraw after the first live session but before the third, we retain 50%. After the third live session, tuition is earned.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, and any travel or lodging you booked for Sai Mai office hours are not refundable by the studio. Printed workbooks already shipped, if any, are non-refundable once dispatched. Alumni evening tickets, when charged separately, are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
Refund process
Email info@model-cloudhub.digital with the invoice number, seat name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days (ICT). Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If that method is closed, we will ask for an alternative Thai baht account in the same legal name.
Processing time
Once approved, expect 10–15 working days for the funds to show, depending on your bank. Thai bank holidays can extend this slightly. We will send a credit note for accounting.
Refund method
Refunds follow the original rail: bank transfer in Thai baht unless the invoice was expressly settled in another currency by written agreement. We do not refund in cash at the studio.
Cancellation by you or by us
You cancel by email; the timestamp in ICT counts. We cancel by email to the billing contact. If we cancel, we offer a later cohort or a full refund — your choice. Missing a live session is not an automatic cancellation; recordings cover lectures only, not critique.
Exceptions
Serious illness or a documented family emergency may be considered after the usual cut-off; we may offer a deferral to the next cohort instead of money. Deferrals are available once per seat. Chargebacks initiated without first writing to us may pause access while we investigate. Statutory consumer rights under Thai law are not limited by this page where they cannot be waived.
